Ndejje University (NDU) was founded in 1992. It is owned by all six Church of Uganda (CoU) Dioceses in Buganda Region, the ???Ndejje University Foundation Consortium???.

The University is chartered by the NCHE, and has about 10,000 students and 500 staff based in Uganda. The University works jointly with partners in an effort to solve local and global challenges, with the aim of improving the world and social conditions.
