She joined the Secretariat in 2012. Mrs. Aguti holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting Option) from Makerere University. She has experience working with European Union funded projects such as the Doctors with Africa ??? CUAMM whose mission was to improve access and quality of reproductive health services for Oyam District, Northern Uganda.  She also worked with Humanitarian Aid Agencies, reaching out to the disadvantaged and suffering people in the communities due to civil wars. She has participated in the implementation of the computerized RUFORUM financial management system at RUFORUM ??? called Navision.
